Hi guys! So after a few hours of hard core blogging and computer work Dollyfernfriends is up and running!!! :D

My icon pic has changed, it is now 

It will probably change but for now it is that! ^

Now I know that my username is: Lydia AGfan. I just didn't know how to give myself one name. I'm not very computer savvy! So I think we'll just live with my name being Lydia AGfan :D But please just call me Lydia :P

What next, oh yeah down the right hand side of my blog I put pictures of some of the types of toys you'll on this blog!

Happy Birthday Cécile!!

Hi guys I know I said that I wouldn't be posting for a bit because I'm planning the change of my blog, but I just remembered today is Cécile's birthday!!! Hehe it's quite a funny story, so today I was sitting in maths class and it suddenly came to me that May is the month of Cécile's birthday, and I thought that her birthday was on the 18th of May (yes these are the types of things I ponder about when i'm very bored in maths). Then I felt bad for forgetting her birthday and remembering it 10 days later. So when I got home I got on my computer and checked my blog and discovered that her birthday wasn't 10 days ago, but TODAY!!!! Whew, that was close! So here is a BIG HAPPY BIRTHDAY! To my fabulous Cécile! 

She looks so nice in this pic, just gonna put it out there!

That's so weird how I forgot and then remembered her birthday, on her exact birthday!! Oh well! Have a fabulous night =)

Hello everyone! So for the last few months I have been planning some changes to my blog :) As you know my blog is called : AGfernfriends
When I first set up my blog I just posted about American Girl Dolls, but I have opened up and I love to photograph many different dolls and toys. And I want my blog to represent that, and when people see my blog I want them to know that my blog is about lots of different dolls (not get confused that it's about ag dolls but they see pics of random toys... if you catch my drift!) so I've decided to change my blog name, nothing major, just from AGfernfriends to:

DOLLYFERNFRIENDS

I still want to to incorporate the fact that I'm from NewZealand (fern is a native plant over here) but I think that Dolly, includes all doll types :) This weekend I will be changing the whole layout and look of my blog and also the blog address, my new one will be 

dollyfernfriends.blogspot.com

instead of: thenewagfernfriends.blogspot.com 

Also I'll have a button! it would be totally fantastic if you could put it on your blogs when I actually finish it!! So I won't be posting for a bit because I'll be getting myself all ready for the massive change!!!

Mmmm.. ROSES!!

Hello everyone! Sorry for not very frequent posting!! I've been a bit ill lately :( Anywho as some of you know last week I went down to Christchurch with McKenna and my mum (click HERE to see some pics of McKenna!) and while we were there we went to a beautiful rose garden :) It was so lovely, there were so many fabulously coloured roses!! Since it's autumn many of them weren't in bloom but I managed to get some pics of some of the pretty 'bloomed' ones :-)

 The one above is called a Tequila Sunrise, it's my mum's favourite!! My favourite would have to be 4th to last :) It reminds me of the Beast's rose from 'Beauty And The Beast' =) Which rose it your favourite??

A trip to Christchurch and a play in the leaves!

Hello! I had a pretty eventful day today. At 8:00 this morning my mum and I boarded a plane and flew down to Christchurch, there we spent the day looking around and walking in this really pretty park! While I was there I took some pictures of McKenna in the beautiful Autumn (fall) leaves. The leaves were absolutely amazing covered the ground everywhere!! Then afterwards we got back on a plane and came home!! ^.^ I'm absolutely knackered and am ready to flop into bed :) Hope you enjoy these pictures! Btw there's a lot of them O_o

I have a question for you guys, do your blue eyed American Girl dolls have like a wonky eye? Because when I got McKenna back in 2012, one of her eyes was slightly off and it really annoys me :/ And then when I got Casaleah (Grace, GOTY 2015) I found that sometimes one of her eyes goes a bit wonky too!! None of my other dolls have this problem? Do yours?!?

A girl in the woods...

Hi guys!! Hope you all had a fabulous week :) I had an alright one, i didn't go to school for like 3 days of it cos I was sick but that's ok :) Also on Tuesday I'm going down to Christchurch (on a PLANE!!!!) and they have some awesome flower gardens so I'm gonna take McKenna and try snaps some shots, I haven't taken pics of her in AGES!! O_o I find her hard to photograph because one of her eyes is slightly wonky, she came like that :( And it annoys me!! Oh well, I quickly took some pics of Cas while my fam was walking, they not super great but I thought I'd share them with ya! Why not?! >.<

(P.S Excuse whatever her hair is doing in some pictures, like I don't even know what was happening with it! ^.^) 

Well, see you all later!! Also happy Mother's Day! Lol I spilt milk in my mum's bed by accident this morning so that was my lovely mother's day gift for her :D Haha I made her bed for her so that's makes us even :P
