Finding Log-Muffin!

 I’m really bored, Josefina is studying and Isabelle, well I don’t where she is! Probably fixing her hair or something boring like that! Well I’ve practiced all my gym routines so I’m gonna go outside to explore! Grandpa (Lydia's dad) has finished seeding the lawn so we can go on it! YAY!

I'd better put on my scarf because it’s quite chilly out! It’s the first of June today! Winter’s approaching!!!!

I wonder what I’ll find! This is super exciting!!

I hadn't even got out the door when I saw a cute little doggy! 

Wait, that looks like a lamb but it’s sitting like a dog?!

Hi there little guy!” He looked so sweet, I just wanted to hug him tight!

But before I could get hold of him he wandered over to Grandpa’s new grass and started eating it! Oh-no he’s not gonna be happy bout that!

"Come here you! You can’t eat that grass quite yet! I have the perfect name for you! I’m gonna call you LOG because you are half lamb, half dog! Come on lets show you to my sisters!

Just when we were outside our room Isabelle came out. 

“Hi Isabelle! Where were you?”

“Oh I was just doing my hair! What’s that you got there?”

"I knew it!" I thought to myself.

Isabelle, I present to you... LOG! He’s a cross-breed of lamb and dog!”

‘He’s adorable,” Isabelle exclaimed. “But that’s a silly name for him. We’re are going to called him Muffin!”

“No his name is Log, Muffin is a baby’s name!”

“Hey that was rude!”

“I don’t care! I’m going to go ask Josefina cos she knows more than you!"

‘FINE!” Isabelle shouts after me.

“JOSEFINA!!!!’ Isabelle and I shouted in unison.

“Could you guys please stop shouting and squabbling?!?! I’m trying to study or a science test tomorrow!" Josefina looks up from her book, very annoyed.

"Sorry Josefina, but we have a problem. You see I went outside and found this cute little guy and I named him Log because he’s a lamb-dog, but the Isabelle suddenly barges in and says his name’s Muffin! And THAT’S A STUPID NAME!!!" I cry.

"Now, now we must respect everybody's opinion." She spoke calmly. "I have no  idea what animal this is..." She peers closer.

“I have it! His first name will be Log, because McKenna found him first, and his middle name will be muffin as Muffin was the second name given to him!”

YAY! Welcome to the family Log-Muffin! But I'll just call you Log :)
